The Process
I am here to help you every step of the way with your wedding plans! This includes providing timeline assistance to ensure that we have enough time to capture all the photos you want, putting together your dream shot list, recommending vendors, and collaborating with your other vendors, such as your day-of coordinator, videographer, and more.

When you first inquire with me, I love to set up a time to chat and hear all about your story, the details of your wedding day, and the vision of what you want things to look like! Give me all the details so I can make your dream come true! We can have this conversation over a video chat, phone call, or if you're in the Portland area, I'm always happy to take clients out for coffee!
First steps
If it feels like a good fit and you want to work together, then I will gather all the details and send you a wedding photography contract to sign. A minimum 30% deposit is then required to officially book your date, and from there you can choose a payment plan that best fits your needs!
CONTRACT & RETAINER
It's the moment you've been waiting for! You can expect to receive a link to your online gallery in 8 weeks, and if you opted for it, a custom USB will also be mailed to your house with all the final photos. So pop open some champagne and get ready to relive all the joy and tears from your special day!
Final Photos
Your big day has finally arrived! From the moment you start getting ready to the final send-off, I will be right by your side, capturing every special moment that you will treasure forever. I'll be there to not only take beautiful photos but also to help with those little things like fluffing your gown and posing family members. And when it comes to capturing your love, my focus is on capturing those genuine, heartfelt moments in the most beautiful way possible. Let's make memories that will last a lifetime!

Yes of course, I'd be happy to travel wherever your love takes me! To ensure your experience is as convenient as possible, I'll provide you with a personalized travel quote tailored to your specific destination.
For clients in the Pacific Northwest, a small flat fee will be applicable for any locations that are a 3-hour drive or more from Portland.

Yes, absolutely! Your wedding day is a deeply personal and unique experience, and I want to make sure that it's captured exactly how you picture it. I'm more than happy to collaborate with you on a "must-have" shot list and a family photo list to make sure we capture all the important moments and people that matter most to you.
While I'll do my best to accommodate your specific requests, I encourage you to trust my creative vision and expertise. Often, some of the most magical moments happen spontaneously, and I'll be there to capture those as well. Please understand that unforeseen circumstances can come up during a wedding day, making it challenging to capture every single shot on the list (especially if the list is extremely long). However, know that I'll work as hard as I can to make sure your memories are beautifully preserved, even if it means adapting to unexpected situations. At the end of the day, my goal is to create a stunning collection of photos for you that truly reflects the authenticity of your special day.
Your peace of mind is my priority. I want you to enjoy your wedding day being fully present, not worrying about your photos! I take every precaution to ensure that your special moments are captured without a problem. I use a camera equipped with dual SD card slots, meaning that every shot is automatically duplicated as a backup. Before every wedding I format all SD cards to be used during the day so that each card is at its optimal state before shooting. Lastly, I carry two cameras with me, so in the extremely rare event that one camera experiences any issues, there's always a reliable backup on hand.
While I've been fortunate not to encounter equipment failures, please know that I'm always prepared for any unforeseen circumstances. Your wedding day is a one-of-a-kind event, and I'm committed to capturing it without any interruptions. Your memories are in safe hands, and I'm ready to document every moment with the utmost care and professionalism.
The number of photos you'll receive in your final gallery is determined by the duration of my coverage on your wedding day. On an average wedding day, you can expect to receive around 1000+ photos in your online gallery. It's important to note that I don't set a limit on the number of photos you'll receive; if a special moment is captured, you can count on it being included in your collection. My goal is to make sure your gallery is a comprehensive representation of your wedding!
No, I do not provide RAW files to clients, and there are several reasons for this. First, RAW files require professional editing to transform them into the polished, high-quality images you expect from me. As a professional photographer, I spend hours carefully editing your gallery so that it meets my high standards of quality and artistry. Providing RAW files would bypass this crucial step and compromise the overall look and feel of your images.
Secondly, RAW files contain my intellectual property as a photographer, and sharing them could lead to potential misuse or misrepresentation of my work online.

Yes, of course! I am more than happy to offer a payment plan that works for your budget. At minimum I require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your date on my calendar and your entire package must be paid 30 days before your wedding/elopement date. I will then offer payment plan options you can choose from to fit your needs!
